What the form collects
Your name, email, organization, category, message and consent are stored to review and respond to your collaboration request. Please do not include medical records, financial account details or other sensitive personal information.
Access and control
Applications are available only to authorized administrators and editors. When email notifications are enabled, application details are sent through the connected email provider to the project owner. They are not shared with external marketing services.
Preferences
Your selected language and motion preference are saved on your device. The language cookie lets the server open the preferred version.
Before public launch
The legal controller’s contact details, retention period and a process for access and deletion requests must be supplied before accepting public submissions. This private preview is intended for project-owner evaluation.
